SearchLight continues to be a jewel within the MG crown. The section has an established background that has provided safe and secure development of each model under our Safeguarding Policies and thus ensuring that they are able to grow into the profession without risk.
The key success behind SearchLight is that is operated by a young team and thus allowing for more relevant and interesting imagery to be captured which is more in line with the desires of the young women contained within the section. The by product is that this has allowed for a stronger voice to empower the promotion of the section as well as a positive message regarding healthy teenage lifestyles and helping to combat issues around self perception and self esteem in young people as all of our models are presented as is. SearchLight is split into two sections, “Year One: Training and development" and “Year Two: Professional hire and Pratice enhancement.” Unlike Year Two models, Year One models are not available for hire and are working toward a secured place in the section by which time they will be ready for the world of professional work.
